Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of successfully cultivating and soliciting major gifts and securing grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be results-oriented in a remote setting.
- Passion for the mission of the organization.
- Experience with digital fundraising platforms and social media marketing for fundraising is a plus.
