As a Remote Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that keep projects running smoothly. This includes maintaining project documentation, scheduling and coordinating project meetings across different time zones, preparing meeting minutes and action items, and tracking project progress. You will assist project managers with reporting, data entry, and the organization of project-related information. You will act as a key support link between project team members, ensuring information flows freely and efficiently.

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach.
