Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, distribution channels, and retail landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed and work effectively in a hybrid model.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs.
