Responsibilities:

- Identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Prepare regular program reports for senior management, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at relevant conferences, forums, and meetings.
- Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Humanitarian Affairs, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit or international development sector.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex development or humanitarian aid projects.
- Strong understanding of M&E principles and experience in developing and implementing M&E systems.
- Proven expertise in grant writing, donor relations, and financial management for non-profit programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in challenging field environments is an asset.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead remote teams effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages relevant to program regions is a significant advantage.
