Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of community dynamics, participatory approaches, and sustainable development principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Excellent proposal writing and fundraising skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
