Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator to manage and support the implementation of vital international development projects. This role is based in **Mlolongo, Machakos, KE**, and requires active participation in the local community and project sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and overseeing program resources. Your work will directly contribute to positive social impact and community development initiatives.

- Liaise with local communities, partner organizations, government officials, and beneficiaries to ensure effective project delivery.

- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

- Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of development principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region and conduct field visits.
