- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement within an industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and Lean principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve measurable results.
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
