This senior position is pivotal in guiding our exploration efforts and contributing to the strategic development of mining projects. You will be responsible for interpreting geological data, identifying significant mineral deposits, and advising on exploration strategies, resource estimation, and mine planning. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive track record in economic geology, structural geology, and advanced geostatistical modeling, with a deep understanding of various mineral systems. - Mentor junior geologists and contribute to the professional development of the exploration team.

- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related Earth Science discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mining geology, with a significant focus on exploration and resource estimation.
- Proven expertise in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Vulcan) and geostatistical analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of economic geology principles, structural geology, and mineral deposit formation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading exploration teams and managing exploration budgets.
- Familiarity with various commodity types and deposit styles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex geological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Professional Geologist (P.Geo) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
