- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a significant focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions.
