- Coordinating daily administrative and operational activities across various departments.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.
- Facilitating internal communication and information flow among remote team members.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintaining and updating operational databases and records.
- Tracking project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Managing inventory of office supplies (if applicable) and coordinating procurement.
- Providing support for onboarding new remote employees.
- Troubleshooting basic operational issues and escalating as needed.
