- Monitor program progress and performance, collecting data and analyzing results to measure impact.
- Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to stakeholders, including funders, board members, and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, beneficiaries, and partner organizations.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and proposal development.
- Manage program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency through innovation and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, implementing, and managing social programs.
- Strong understanding of program evaluation methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for social impact and community development.
