This is a critical role overseeing all aspects of hotel management, from front-of-house and back-of-house operations to financial performance and staff development. - Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by proactively addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
- Control operational costs and manage budgets effectively to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to enhance hotel offerings.
- Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities to ensure a high-quality guest environment.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs across all hotel services.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role, preferably in boutique or luxury hotels.
- Proven track record of successful P&L management and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, Rooms Division, and Sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
