This pivotal role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies to enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the entire supply chain and logistics network. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics and warehousing.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals in a remote setting, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
- Manage the overall supply chain budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Expertise in data analysis, supply chain modeling, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration and team leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with international logistics and trade compliance is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.
