Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle technical recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging IT and engineering roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity specialists).
  • In-depth knowledge of various programming languages, technologies, and technical stacks.
  • Excellent understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
