Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle technical recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT and engineering professionals.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards) to attract and engage candidates.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging IT and engineering roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity specialists).
- In-depth knowledge of various programming languages, technologies, and technical stacks.
- Excellent understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
