- Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence related to talent acquisition.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search, retained recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in leadership positions across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of various market sectors and organizational structures.
