This position requires a deep understanding of global sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk assessment. You will manage complex procurement projects, from initial planning and market analysis to contract finalization and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize spending, and improve supplier performance. You will be expected to conduct thorough market research, analyze supplier proposals, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. A key part of this role involves building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a remote-first position, requiring excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills. You will play a crucial role in streamlining procurement processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Experience with e-procurement systems and advanced procurement software is highly desirable.
