Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to trending topics.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, providing timely and appropriate responses.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, platform-native analytics) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Identify key influencers and brand advocates, and develop strategies for collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
- Manage and mentor junior social media coordinators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience with paid social advertising campaigns and budget management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong understanding of brand building and community management.
