You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of instructional design, from needs analysis and curriculum development to content creation, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven experience developing online courses for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
