- Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Proven experience developing online courses for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
