Responsibilities:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment consultancy, with a significant focus on the technology sector, is required. Proven success in placing mid to senior-level tech professionals is essential. Strong understanding of various technology stacks and roles is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Proactively source and engage with passive and active candidates using various recruitment channels and methodologies.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and assess candidate suitability for technical and cultural fit.
- Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and candidate experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and the competitive landscape within the technology sector.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and opportunities.
