Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Define project governance, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication channels across all stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure timely and within-scope delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct regular stakeholder updates and reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and performance.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts effectively within project teams.
- Ensure the successful integration of project outcomes into business operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice implementation in project management.
- Champion the adoption of remote collaboration tools and techniques to ensure seamless project execution.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing strategic projects.
- Proven experience managing projects with significant budget responsibility and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels remotely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a remote setting.
- Proven track record of delivering successful business outcomes and driving organizational change.
- This is a 100% remote role, requiring a dedicated home office space and reliable internet connectivity.
