- Stay updated on the latest advancements in chemical engineering and process technology.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
- Significant experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up within the chemical industry.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and reaction kinetics.
- Experience with process control systems and instrumentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring engineers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, suited for a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.

Job Description
