Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installation Technician to join their fully remote technical support team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert remote guidance and oversight for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex technical systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for field technicians, troubleshooting challenging issues and ensuring successful project completion from a distance. Your duties will include developing detailed installation procedures, creating technical documentation, and delivering remote training to installation teams. A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software systems relevant to our industry is essential. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional problem-solving skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues based on remote diagnostics and troubleshooting. Experience with remote diagnostic tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital documentation is crucial. You will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. This position demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate field personnel through complex technical tasks. Responsibilities:
