You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex technical issues related to our client's machinery and systems. This position is vital for ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency for our customers across various industries.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving intricate mechanical, electrical, and software problems remotely using advanced diagnostic tools and remote access technologies. You will document troubleshooting procedures, create technical guides, and train field technicians on best practices and new equipment features. Strong collaboration with engineering and product development teams is expected to provide feedback on product performance and identify areas for improvement.
