Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
