- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends to maximize their use of the platform.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement strategic customer success plans to maximize customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Proactively engage with key enterprise clients to understand their business objectives and ensure they are leveraging the platform effectively.
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify at-risk accounts, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying client needs and aligning them with product offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer success best practices, playbooks, and resources.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to provide insights for product improvement.
- Onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and development.
- Report on team performance, customer health, and key success metrics to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role within the SaaS industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Proactive, empathetic, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
