- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management.
- Proven expertise in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories.
- Strong understanding of assessment design and evaluation methods.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing projects and teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global environment.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in K-12 or higher education curriculum development is highly preferred.
