Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive online curricula.

- Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve course design and delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for curriculum development projects.
- Facilitate online training sessions for instructors on new curriculum implementation and best practices.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the organization's online learning initiatives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the curriculum development team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in designing and developing online learning programs for higher education or professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories (e.g.,ragogy, constructivism) and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and universal design for learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
