- Lead by example in promoting a culture of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing cleaning operations, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation best practices.
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP if applicable).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with facilities management software is a plus.
