- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams on large-scale projects.
- Expertise in various civil engineering software, including CAD (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D) and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, hydraulic design, and construction methods.
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and practices is desirable.
