- Registered Architect with the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive architectural experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams.
- Experience in client relations and business development is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in both a remote and in-office setting.
