Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused specifically on blockchain security and smart contract auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
- Proficiency in smart contract programming languages (Solidity, Vyper, Rust) and their common security pitfalls.
- Experience with security analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., Slither, Mythril, Echidna).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and consensus mechanisms.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security issues clearly.
