- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for system development activities.
- Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay current with emerging automotive technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong understanding of automotive system architecture and integration.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., SysML, MBSE).
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture and standards is a plus.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective remote team management.
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
