- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems integration.
- Proven experience leading complex aerospace integration projects from concept to completion.
- Deep knowledge of avionics, flight control systems, propulsion systems, and aircraft structures.
- Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, SysML, MBSE).
- Experience with testing, verification, and validation of aerospace systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
