Based in Garissa, this role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their success and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored technology solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, key account sales, or a similar B2B sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Garissa is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
