- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
