- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry best practices in social commerce and e-commerce.
- Create compelling content strategies for social commerce channels that resonate with target audiences and drive purchase intent.
- Lead and mentor a team of social commerce specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management, with at least 3 years focused specifically on social commerce.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social commerce strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X) and their respective e-commerce features.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work environment.
- Experience with live streaming commerce and influencer marketing is a significant plus.
