- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a remote setting.
