The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in catering operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. Significant experience managing large-scale or multi-site catering operations, ideally with a remote or dispersed team structure, is essential. Strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of food service operations and supply chain management are critical. The ability to drive operational excellence and innovation in a virtual setting is paramount.
