Our client is seeking a highly organized and motivated Graduate Program Coordinator to manage and support their burgeoning graduate programs within a fully remote operational framework. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of graduate studies, providing essential support to students, faculty, and program administrators. Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the graduate programs, including managing student applications, admissions processes, and enrollment records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current graduate students, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on program requirements and policies.
  • Assist in the coordination of program events, workshops, orientation sessions, and guest lectures, ensuring seamless virtual execution.
  • Support faculty members with administrative tasks related to graduate student supervision, course scheduling, and program development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student databases and program records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare reports on program statistics, student progress, and other relevant metrics as required.
  • Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to facilitate program operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.

  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack) is essential.
