Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, campaign management, or development is required. Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising targets is essential. Strong knowledge of fundraising software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a strategic mindset are crucial for this remote role, supporting the vital work in the Embu region and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Managing all aspects of campaign execution, including budget management, timeline adherence, and performance tracking.
- Crafting compelling campaign messaging and content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms (e.g., email, social media, website, direct mail).
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of virtual fundraising events and online giving initiatives.
- Analyzing campaign data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum return on investment.
