Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or installation and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.
- Proficiency with remote access tools, diagnostic software, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service excellence.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet access.
