Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search processes for technology roles, from initial client briefing to candidate placement.
- Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, competency-based evaluations, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the technology industry.
- Advise clients on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Develop compelling employer branding materials and compelling candidate outreach messaging.
- Negotiate complex offer packages and facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Consistently exceed placement targets and contribute to the firm's growth objectives.
- Stay abreast of evolving trends and innovations within the technology landscape and its talent ecosystem.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive search or retained recruitment, with a demonstrated focus on the technology sector.
- Proven success in placing senior-level candidates (e.g., CTOs, VPs, Directors, Senior Engineers).
- In-depth understanding of the technology industry, including key companies, emerging trends, and critical skill sets.
- Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technology and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote, client-facing role.
- Experience in advising C-suite executives is highly desirable.
