Key Responsibilities:
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in an executive leadership role, is essential. Proven experience in managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and driving revenue growth is a must. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are paramount. The ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and effectively manage remote teams is crucial. Experience with various hotel property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
