- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-volume catering, fine dining, or a related culinary field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive chef role.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food costing, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Exceptional understanding of food safety regulations and practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in culinary software and digital collaboration tools.
- A passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to culinary excellence.
