Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
