Our client, a visionary organization dedicated to fostering the healthy development of young children, is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Development Specialist. This fully remote role offers the unique opportunity to influence and guide parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators on best practices for child development from anywhere. You will leverage your expertise in child psychology, pedagogy, and developmental milestones to create impactful resources, provide virtual consultations, and support programs that enhance the learning and well-being of children from birth to age eight. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping a nurturing environment for the youngest members of society.

- Develop and curate evidence-based resources, workshops, and training materials focused on early childhood development, parenting, and educational strategies.
- Provide virtual consultations and guidance to parents, caregivers, and educators on child development, behavior management, and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Design and implement online programs and initiatives aimed at supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Stay current with the latest research and trends in early childhood education and developmental psychology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate developmental best practices across organizational projects.
- Create engaging content for online platforms, including articles, webinars, and social media posts.
- Assess developmental needs of children (through observation and caregiver input) and recommend appropriate interventions or resources.
- Advocate for the importance of early childhood development within the community and partner organizations.
- Facilitate online support groups for parents and caregivers to share experiences and advice.
- Ensure all developed content and programs are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and accessible.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and evaluation of early childhood development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and program participation.
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Child Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with young children, parents, or in early childhood education settings.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, milestones, and best practices in early learning.
- Experience in curriculum development or resource creation for early childhood.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively online.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and online learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- A deep passion for supporting children's well-being and fostering their potential.
- Experience in developing online content or facilitating virtual workshops is a plus.
