- Analyze fundraising data to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Organize and execute fundraising events and campaigns, both virtual and in-person (as applicable).
- Collaborate closely with program staff and the board of directors to ensure alignment between programmatic needs and fundraising goals.
- Stay informed about best practices in philanthropy, non-profit management, and grant funding trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising, with a proven track record of success in securing major gifts and grants.
- Demonstrated expertise in grant writing, research, and management.
- Strong understanding of donor cultivation strategies and relationship building.
- Experience managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling.
- Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
