You will be responsible for analyzing current operational processes, identifying areas for optimization, and spearheading transformation projects using best-practice methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading complex change management programs. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams across departments, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service, to align operational strategies with overarching business goals. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations teams.
