Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations Strategy & Transformation to drive significant improvements across their global operational functions. This role is pivotal in defining, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability. You will be responsible for analyzing current operational processes, identifying areas for optimization, and spearheading transformation projects using best-practice methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading complex change management programs. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership teams across departments, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service, to align operational strategies with overarching business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of operational metrics, performance dashboards, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations teams. This is a fully remote leadership position, demanding proactive communication, strong virtual team leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct oversight. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale operational transformations and change initiatives.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or other process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operational software.
