- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy development.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in performance marketing.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and demonstrating the value of marketing investments.
- Test and iterate on various campaign elements, including ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and creatives.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful performance marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEM, PPC, paid social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Proficiency in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
