Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with a focus on online learning.
- Proven experience in creating engaging e-learning content and assessments.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
